Stress & Anxiety

Stress and anxiety can sometimes share the same emotional and physical symptons such as tension, headaches, high blood pressure, uneasiness and lack of sleep.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness training isn't limited to meditation, but it's a great place to start.

Mindfulness is the idea of learning how to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgement.

Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.

It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make
choices.

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence
through adulthood.
Over the course of your life, if you struggle with your mental health, your thinking, mood, and behaviour could be affected.

Struggling with mental health is common but help is available. People who struggle with mental health can get better and many recover completely.
